Ken's Amish Deli & Bakery

Okay, so these guys do a Reuben sandwich as good as anyone and better than most. I got a generous amount of pastrami with just the right amount of kraut and Russian dressing. The marble rye stood up to the kraut and dressing without turning to mush (I hate that). You get some chips and a serving of macaroni salad, which also was very good. Friday is creampuff Friday (who knew?) And I must say it was one of the best creampuffs I have ever had. Absolutely worth the few extra bucks. I am looking forward to going back and trying the other menu items and the Amish preserves from their little market. The out door seating is great. Mostly two tops. The parking is in the rear, but there is a public parking lot within 50 feet of the restaurant in case you go zipping past the entrance to their pa

Wonderful place for delicious sandwiches, cold cuts, and mini organic groceries. Got the chicken salad sandwich and the bread is so soft and tastes fresh. The apple and blueberry ciders are highly recommended. Definitely a must place to dine when visiting Mt. Dora.

This place is cute hole in the wall ! Where else would you get a sausage and drink for under $5? This place is amazing and should not be overlooked. I came on a non busy Wednesday but I can't see reason for it to be empty, from drinks to desserts, Ken's has it all. Definitely will come back when I take my dog for grooming.

The donut did not make the photo. The Italian lemon cake was good. The layers had a little density to which made it great. And it was a nice mild lemon taste. Im definitely going back for the other cakes.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful. All sandwiches are cut fresh and made to order. Can also buy Amish goods and they also do some baking. The breakfast items looked amazing but we missed the time. So I got the Country Reuben. Only down fall to the place is it's all outdoor seating only but the area is covered.
