I was in here 11/7/25 to do a title transfer. I have only received my registration today. That is 101 days! This notary is a joke! I only got my registration today because I have called 10–15 times in the past month, this lady had a different excuse every time. I had to go to another notary local to where I live to actually make sure this lady was making actions happen.

Kelly deals with people very assiduously even when dealing with chaotic crowds. Her and her coworker should be respected more for what they have to deal with on a daily basis. Not only do they have patience, but even when rushed, they’re calm, cool, and collected.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Disorganized... slow and miserable. Waited an hour as people complained about everything.. finally when I get to the counter... they 'can't ' do notary. Go to North East T&T or any of the other title places around here

Went there to apply for a new tittle. She was extremely rude unprofessional. After I paid for the services she filed the paperwork wrong and the tittle was sent somewhere else. After I called to inform her I didn't even get an apology. Go somewhere else.
