Valenti's

A personal recommendation from my little photographer, this Italian spot is always busy, so make sure you make a reservation! The spaghetti and meatballs are the famous choice, with big meatballs and a delicious house red sauce. I requested a carbonara, which was not on the menu, but the chef was happy to oblige! While the “fettuccine e vongole” was exactly what was hoped for that evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance was cozy and social. Make sure you make the effort to swing by this establishment and enjoy an authentic Italian meal in this small Pennsylvania town.

Tonight was our anniversary dinner at Valenti's and our first time here after hearing many wonderful recommendations. I would describe Valenti's as an Italian restaurant meets Man vs Food show. The portions are deliciously intimidating. My wife had the Pappardelle Bolognese while I went with the Lobster Fra Diavlo. My eyes were in shock when the food came out. I may have finished about 25% of my meal. Both of our selections were top notch. I really wanted to try the desserts so we landed on the lemon lush. Sometimes with lemon desserts they can be over the top lemony. But this dessert was a nice mild lemon flavor. The prices are definitely very reasonable. All in all the food and service were excellent. PS...I went back for takeout a few weeks later and tried the delicious antipasto.

Best antipasto hands down! We can’t go here without getting one. The entrees are fabulous as well. Don’t miss it!

I went with several coworkers. I highly recommend. The food was phenomenal. The service made you feel like you were part of the family. I will definitely be back.

Great find while visiting- huge portions and prices reflect the quality of food. Make a reservation for the weekend!! Chris was bartending and helped us find seats at the bar on a busy Sunday . It was great chatting with some locals and the owners mom was there and provided great recommendations!!!
