Pizza L'Oven

I hope none of my family or friends back home in Buffalo, NY see this review but it needs to be said. Friends of ours brought us here on a recent trip down because they felt the wings here were better than any wing they’ve had back in Buffalo. I told them I highly doubt that, yet entertained the idea. We ordered a dozen wings each with kids meals and their traditional Sicilian pan fried pizza. Wings: best I’ve ever had 👀 (sorry Buffalo) When I tell you they were the crispiest, and sauciest wings I’ve ever had I mean it. I couldn’t believe my tastebuds when I took the first bite. I looked at my buddy and he instantly knew my thoughts. Pizza: Very good traditional Sicilian. I like my Sicilian a little bit more doughy and soft but it was still a delicious pizza. This is hands down my favorite place to get pizza in Pennsylvania! It’s cozy the people are friendly and the food is sooooooo good! The lady and gentleman that took care of us was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! I will warn that it’s cash only but don’t let that dissuade you in our cashless society, get some money and run here! You won’t regret it! I’ve been going here for years and hope to continue to do so! Support good pizza and good people! :)

Didn't know they were still in operation(probably thinking of the one is So W-B). Happy to get some of their lovin' after a lot of years. 1/2 tray and some homemade pierogies - both were outstanding. The pizza was expected, the pierogies was a happy surprise. PS - you don't come here for the atmosphere, you come for the pizza!

Im here all the time and the food is usually very good with usually excellent service. Order the same food every time I come never change my order. Today was a huge disappointment. When asked where the regular guy behind the bat is was told that's him I know it wasn't. When went to the front and asked for owner or manager was told their not here asked to speak to someone they gave me a cook I told him what the problem was and he said what do u want me to do I csnt take care of the bill I didn't ask u too I said but how about take off the appetizers he said I can only take 1 off. Im a 45 minute drive from this restaurant. Its my favorite pizza place around today was a huge disappointment

Where to start... I'm a foodie and a pizza connoisseur from Northern New York State. I recently learned about Pan Fried Sicilian Pizza and was intrigued to say the least. I was told by a guy named Jim who has a Facebook page called NEPA Pizza Review that this was his favorite place to get Pan Fried Sicilian Pizza. So I decided I needed to make a trip. I am sooo grateful I did! This place is awesome! Everything about it... the service was some of the best I've ever received at any restaurant in my life and I'm 38, the place was very comfortable and clean, and THE PIZZA!!! WOW!!! This pizza blew me away!!! It's right up there with Detroit Style and Chicago Style for me but with way less notoriety. This pizza is in a class of it's own and I will be forever craving it.
