KC's Rib Shack

Definitely one of the top places to get ribs. Took my son and we split a full rack of ribs and some fries. They provide bottles of different sauces which was better, so we could eat some dry and some with sauce for the full experience. The staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was great. Very clean. The tables weren’t sticky and gross like some places we have been too. Highly recommend this place!

For my last night in Nashua, I decided to drive up to KC's in Manchester. It was a good choice. Sitting at the outside bar, 75 degrees, a local IPA, wonderful brisket, and a super bartender. It was a perfect meal and evening before flying home. I will be back next time I'm in NH.

I’ve tried many barbecue places and they have all fallen short every single time we visit the food is always great and consistent. Personally it’s the best barbecue I have tasted. The staff is incredible. The atmosphere is awesome. Everything is clean. I have tried every single item on their menu and I am very picky let me elaborate I am a foodie and I only want to eat good quality yummy delicious food. Stoked we found this place! The layout was setup with different levels - a dining room on the first floor, an upper level with a great sports bar and a nook tucked away in the loft of an old barn turned restaurant is really cool. The food was incredible with tender, moist BBQ and some creative sauces and sandwiches. The back patio with a tiki bar and live music really was the perfect place for a summer day. Would be great for Sunday football or to break up the drive going to the lakes region. One of the best BBQ spots we've found in the Northeast and definitely worth checking out!

Many of these google reviews reflect the phenomenonal food, as it should but I'd like to reflect on the excellent employees of KC's. The man, I should have asked him for his name, not only worked the bar but he took our order at the table and never stopped moving. With a Boston Red Sox hat and a black hood, he was up and down those stairs and paid attention to everything! Filled our drinks without us asking and kept an eye out for any task to do. He gave a sense of comfort within the environment. We ate until we couldn't anymore! Spectacular and I'd recommend the S'more for dessert if you have room for it :)
