K&B worked with me to schedule a delivery around my partners chemotherapy treatments, so that he would not be without a bed during recovery. They assured me that they would take our bed frame with them when they delivered our new one. The delivery date came and they refused to take it. The man I had been in contact with said he would call me back, I assumed he was communicating with his team about the special exception he made regarding removing our bed frame. Instead, he never called me back, the delivery men rudely left without the bed frame, and now the company is ignoring my calls, adding the bed frame disposal to the laundry list of things on our plate. Had they been honest from the beginning, I would have made arrangements to get rid our bed frame prior to the delivery of the new one

Pete and Paul from K&B delivered a four piece Bernhardt bedroom furniture set for me and took away my old set. I cannot commend them highly enough for their care and conscientious care of both the furniture and my home. 11/10 Star service!
