Katana Hibachi Express

We were nervous with the new owners but we have really enjoyed it still. The only downside I would say is that it seems like smaller portion sizes. The chicken hibachi is my favorite always so flavorful and juicy. I enjoy getting the fried gyoso when I am there. We have had their white rice, noodles, and fried rice. I enjoy a combo of noodles and rice.

Food was amazing, fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Great variety of options and very reasonably priced. One of the best food trucks experiences I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back!

Incredible food for a great price. We've been here multiple times a week since we moved here to VA over a year ago. Great people and great food I'd drive over an hour for this food luckily we live right by it.

Our family loves this truck! It’s become a weekly tradition for us — or as my 2-year-old calls it, time for the “bachi truck”! We highly recommend the Hibachi Steak or the Steak with Noodles — both are packed with flavor and always cooked perfectly. Great food, friendly service, and consistently delicious. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Every single time I go here it’s amazing!!! Every Single Time!!!! Steak, shrimp, salmon… all of it!!!! Yum Yum Sauce for the win!!!! (Get an extra one and thank me later)
