It was our 2nd time trying out paratha rolls from karachi kaban boiz, halal pakistani karachi style. 1st time, we had the rolls at Queens' night market. I tried to order 1 of each roll. They had original behari boti, tikka, and malai, and another with garlic mayo added in these. The person at the cart said they only have mint sauce, so I ordered 2 of each. Rolls are very petite, like 3 to 4 bites, and you are done with your roll. You definitely need 2 per person. It didn't take long to get my order as I was the only customer, I think it took around 10-15mins. Beef behari boti was well balanced. 1st bite of chicken tikka kicked me back to pakistan. You taste that charcoal taste, which is a bit hard to get here. Something was off with malai boti, i think it was bit heavy on white pepper

Spotted KKB Karachi Kabab Boiz for the first time at 72-08 Broadway in Jackson Heights. Tried the chicken tikka boti roll smoky, tender chicken wrapped in paratha and packed with bright, layered spices. Easily one of the most satisfying street food bites I’ve had in NYC. What started as a passion project for the owners has grown into a full-time business that’s bringing authentic Karachi style street food to the heart of New York. They’re launching a Karachi style chicken biryani soon, and if it's anything like that roll, I’ll be first in line. Wishing the team continued success as they spread the bold, soulful flavors of Karachi across the city.

After seeing so many friends rave about this paratha roll cart and especially after watching John Barr’s video on YouTube where they won an award for their Chicken Paratha Roll, I knew I had to check it out. So glad I did. The roll absolutely lived up to the hype, crispy, flaky paratha wrapped around perfectly seasoned chicken, bursting with flavor and that authentic desi street food vibe. Hands down, the best paratha rolls in New York City. Totally deserving of the award and all the praise they’ve been getting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would have left -5 review if I could. Whomever left good review for this place are scammers. Paid almost 5 dollars for a cup Kashmiri Tea (Dumb of me paying $5 for tea), but I regretted it right after. Then I got $10 Bihari Kati roll, which was THE WORST tasting Bihari kabob i ever had. It’s sad that this place located right across Dera and the contrast in Bihari kabob taste is best to the worst. I know we are supposed to support our small local business but some places just scamming hard earning people and betraying trust. Never again.

Ok I tried there tikka wrap as well as there beef bihari. The food taste amazing only for problem it cost 8 -10 dollars . Yes that's a good price for a gyro wrap but this wrap is the size of a 2 dollar taco from taco bell . For jackson height the price is too high for the price you can get a kebab roll right next door for 5 dollars and it going to be 2x twice the size . With 2 dollars more you can get 10 dollar buffet in chef mahal or with 8 dollar u can get zarya in to good to go app.this kind of cart belongs in astoria or Manhattan not jackson height . Try it and I guarantee you go back again .
