Judy B. McDonald Public Library - Nacogdoches Public Library

I needed to use a computer to print a needed form. My usual reason to go to the library. computer use is free and print copies are cheap at just 5 to 10 cents a copy. Service is always friendly, helpful, And prompt. Most of their however on this visit where our if service and the clerk stated they are expecting to get new computers. They need them soon as there only 4 usable. They have a book rack leaving the library filled with fiction and induction books alike at seriously reduced prices pennies on the dollar starting at .50 cents.

The Judy B McDonald public library is one of my favorite NAC destinations! Recentlt, on a whim, I decided to get a physical library card for the first time in about 15 years so I could read actual books. I could not have chosen a better place to re-enter the non-digital literary world where very tactile, aromatic, face-to-face experience are the realities of checking out library books. What's not to like... 1 Courteous knowledgeable staff who actually smile as if they are Happy you stopped by their desk. 2 A bright, clean, welcoming space. 3 Excellent catalogue of thousands of regular and large print books, movies, games, etc 4 A super children's section that offers not only a great selection of titles for all age groups but also multiple interactive tools/toys designed to engage. 5

Books are still my favorite entertainment. I have been traveling via words most if my life since my 1st book. Helen Keller. Words are magic. Open your mind, your heart. Find places to visit. Give your imagination the chance to help you achieve your goals.

The Nacogdoches main library is a source of FILTHY Language. I will not enter the building. I have complained repeatedly about the vulgarity heard in the building.

Grateful. I am driving cross-country and stopped to take a nap in your parking lot. I was wearing an eye mask and sleeping bag and it was clear that I was okay. Appreciate no one waking or bothering me in this safe community space.
