Fish Tales Nacogdoches

Not bad. Food was hot, fresh, and well prepared. We had fried oysters, fish, and shrimp with cole slaw and red beans and rice. I didn't care for the breading on the oysters. Tasty, just a little too heavy for such a delicate food. Shrimp and fish were above par. Cole slaw was ok, RB&R was excellent. Hush puppies were good. Tartar was ok, cocktail sauce was outstanding! Service was good for a store only open 2 days. Price was about average for seafood. $45.00 for 2 meals without drinks. We'll go back at some point and see if they can earn that fifth star.

My husband and I were traveling through the area and this restaurant was in walking distance. Thank goodness! It’s was absolutely amazing! I had the crawfish etouffee and my husband had the trio platter, shrimp, fish and chicken tenders with fries and hush puppies. We both agreed this was some of the best food we had on vacation. Our waitress, Hannah, was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly. I rated atmosphere a 4 because they need more space to seat people!

First time trying Fishtales, and I have to say the service and the food was so good! Also it is very well taken care of! Would definitely recommend!!

Stopped in on my way back home and glad we did. Food was hot and fresh. Our server Amalia was excellent. Super friendly and attentive. If we're in the area again we will be coming back.
