Pineywoods Hideaway Bed and Breakfast

This stay was my first time in a bed and breakfast. I was totally surprised and very pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable. They offered a hot tub and pool. Wildlife everywhere. It is a place I plan to return to. But to top it all off the Host, Ann and Bert were fascinating and accommodating. Felt like my wife and I made Friends. It will be a cherished memory for Us. Close to Nacogdoches events and restaurants.

They're wonderful hosts. From the time we called until we left they were the most accommodating. Breakfast every morning was delicious. They shared their own stories and local history, listened to ours, and recommended several places to visit. They were also able to recommend a realtor they trust. The room and house was gorgeous. Theres plenty of wildlife throughout the property. We'll always stay here if we're in the area!

This was my first time booking a Bed & Breakfast (not using AirBnB) and we had a great experience with it! I booked the Bluebonnet Room for me and my husband since we were exploring Nacogdoches. The room was very cozy and had very nice bluebonnet themed decor. We also got to jump in the pool which was nicely shaded by the trees. Ann and Bert were very friendly hosts. We enjoyed the breakfast that Ann made and it was a very homey experience to chat with her and Bert at breakfast. It's like coming to visit a friend. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

Bert and Ann were wonderful hosts! Such a beautiful, relaxing property. Hubby and I stayed in the Lonestar room. We could not have been happier with our accommodations. We really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of items. Welcoming Christian home. We look forward to our next visit!

I cannot say enough about Ann and Bert. These two are simply amazing. This stay was better than any 4 or 5 star hotel we've been to. Their hospitality and company were 10 star. Breakfast was amazing! Every day. Their house was gorgeous. We stayed in the Lonestar room was so comfortable and spacious. We loved to sit out on the porch swing and watch the birds and squirrels in the mornings. You can also watch the neighbors cattle meander around. the nicest family you'll ever meet. We even got to meet their wonderful daughter. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you want an authentic Texas vacation and to learn a lot of the local history. They're both very knowledgeable on where to visit and the sights to see.
