JR's Bar

I wanted a hometown pizza while traveling for business. Something that wasn't commercial and full of fillers. JR's was recommended to me but with the warning that it was a bar. I'm not put off by bars so I gave it a go! Now I understand what they meant by "a bar". The pizza made the atmosphere worth walking into. However, if you're not interested in smelling like an ashtray after 2 min of being in the door, definitely pay their $1.50 to go order fee because they are a smoking bar. A HEAVY smoking bar. Something I haven't encountered in YEARS of travel. Nonetheless, grab a pizza and pile up with a movie at your hotel/Airbnb. That's what I did and it was a win! (This is the 12' loaded pizza.)

Great little bar! Live music. The rock band was great ! , sports on TV, lively atmosphere , pizza was really good

There are not any doors on the men's room restroom. Good was good Adrian was nice... Definitely a little sketchy... Cheap drinks, good food... They allow smoking still in the bar which is super nasty.

Jr's is always enjoyable. Regulars are great, and respectful, bartenders make delicious drinks and the pizza is on point. If you are looking for hometown feel, definitely check it out! Update to add: their lunches? Untouchable. Barb is the best chef in town, you can't tell me otherwise. Porkchops sell out every Wednesday, they are THAT GOOD. Don't get me started on her green beans. She is a master of her art!

Great food, spicy sauce, live music, pool tables. You better watch what you say here, if you don’t have the same opinion they will tell you to shut up or leave. Communists don’t have freedom of speech, I thought this was America. They also serve Whiskey in plastic cups, they tell me, “the kids keep running off with the glasses.” I don’t know if that is literal or figurative.
