Joy Sushi

Quite literally the best sushi place I’ve gone to in Vancouver so far. It was so good that I haven’t stopped thinking about it even 8 hours after eating dinner 😭 it’s my new go to spot for sure! I went here for my birthday dinner with my family for the first time and I was so impressed by everything. The service and presentation were amazing. It doesn’t look like it would be good just from the area and the outside but holy moly was it delicious. My dad even thought it was good and he’s difficult to impress! I will be recommending this place to everyone. 10/10 🙌🏼

This spot has to be one of the best, if not the best sushi place in Vancouver. I’ve been here multiple times and the sushi is delicious each time. I love the New York roll, I have to get it every time I’m there. The heart attack appetizer, Chick-A-Wow-Wow roll, and the Tempura shrimp roll are all good options that I like to order as well.The server is very nice and welcoming. I love coming here and I can’t wait to go back again!

My fiancé and I absolutely loved this place! We were getting his car worked on at the Toyota dealership and it was very close by. It was a little unassuming from the outside, but the food and the service we had was amazing. My fiancé recommends the Waikiki roll, and I recommend the Gyoza (made with chicken and vegetables).

I dined in tonight and everything tasted so good. The sushi was so fresh and the rolls did not fall apart on me which is a plus. The service was so nice. I asked for extra ginger to take home and they even went out of their way to give me wasabi. I will definitely be back. It’s good that they close at 10 because most places close at 9. This place is so close to me too! I cannot wait to eat my leftovers tomorrow

Quiet little spot with only a dozen or so tables/booths. Exquisite presentation and exceptionally skilled chef/s make this place great. It's a great place for a chat or a date, very intimate but can get a bit crowded when busy. There is a decent wait for your order but it is well worth the wait if you appreciate good sushi. Staff is very friendly and accomodating as well. Check them out if you're nearby.
