I paid for a consultation for Mr. Garcia to do my taxes. We arrived at the meeting to find out Mr. Garcia was not able to attend the meeting. We then meet with a young man that I didn't know anything about. It was very unprofessional at best. Fast forward to tax time & we went to make an appiontment to do the taxes. We were told we could not get in before the deadline & that Mr Garcia would just file an extension. No problem but it's a good thing I looked about penalties if you pay after the do date. I called the office again to inquire estimating my taxes & was told they could not help me. This means I would have to pay the penalties. Very unprofessional.
