I disappointedly and sadly have to say that they have let me down. I brought a cake idea and request on a Tuesday only for the Front stuff man to tell me to come back on a Thursday for something that I was actually going to need on Saturday. Once I spoke with the lady who is going to make the cake (Maria) she at first thought about whether or not she had the time to make the cake. I should’ve seen that as a red flag and just told her don’t worry about it even though I was told to ask her for my cake two days prior to the actual date. Instead, she said she had time and I continue to order. I spent $100 on a cake that was awful. It didn’t look anything like what I requested. As a matter of fact, it looked like it was so rushed that I was nearly embarrassed to present it. The flavor was awful

This has by far been the worst experience and first impression with Ms. Maria. We had messaged Ms. Maria that we wanted a dark purple, blue, black, white, and red colored scheme cake. We provided an example photo of the shape that we wanted the cake to Ms. Maria. The day that we requested it for she said it would be ready @11 am but she had told us that we needed to go @11:30 instead. Due to the cake being a surprise cake, we were filled with excitement to bring the cake home, we had completely forgotten to check the cake before getting home. Once we got home we were furious. The cake was completely pink and yellow. We immediately called Ms. Maria to make the complaint. She proceeded with saying that we never provided the color scheme, which we had, and then continued with saying that when
