Jonny O's Nashville Hot Chicken & Burgers

Operating out of a food truck/trailer in a quiet Fort Scott neighborhood, we enjoyed Jonny O’s! After a quick wait, we knew our food was going to be fresh and it didn’t disappoint! We had two Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches and the Hot Mess. The chicken was flavored nicely, with a little bit of spice. The chicken on the sandwiches was the Nashville style; the chicken bites on the Hot Mess had more of a Buffalo flavor. The side of fries were similar to chips, perfectly salted and delicious. There was a nice, clean outdoor seating area with plenty of shade. Don’t hesitate to visit!

The smells coming from this place make me want to drive back to Kansas to enjoy more of their menu. These guys are doing the dang thing. Try that Holy Ghost sauce if you dare.

Delicious hot chicken food truck that has delicious sandwiches that are crispy and juicy. Chicken wasn’t super hot, but was crammed with flavor. Also, the fries are a game changer!

We ordered our meal from the food truck out back. My husband had a chicken sandwich. I had a burger. We have traveled all over the U.S. and quite a few different countries as well, so we have a lot of experience eating out. Honestly, Jonny O's is just good food. Not fancy. Just good quality, flavorful fare, and at a really good price. If you were thinking of Sonic, go here instead! We will be back.
