Jones'n Bagels

Loved this place when they first opened. I live in the borough and want to see this business thrive. So I’m going to give an honest corrective criticism hoping that the owners see it and realize my sincere intent is to keep this place here and profitable. On a recent visit I purchased a dozen bagels, a specialty cream cheese flavor and a couple of breakfast bagel sandwiches. I was somewhat disappointed. The sandwiches tasted great and the service was commendable. But I have noticed that the bagels are getting smaller and smaller. The blueberry ones in this purchase, especially, were the size of a Lender’s frozen bagel that I could have gotten at a local supermarket for a lot cheaper. If I’m going to a specialty shop and spending more for the product, I expect to get what I’m paying

I was excited to see that there was a new bagel place in town that I’ve never been to, but was pretty disappointed when I got there. The person at the counter didn’t seem to know what they were doing at all, but was still nice. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bacon had an awful flavor and there was literally just one fried egg on it, so thin. The bagel itself was very soft, even tho I asked for it toasted. I got a half dozen bagels and jalapeño cream cheese, the cream cheese was basically plain with very little jalapeño pieces thrown in. Also, got an iced coffee and wasn’t filled up all the way. Most of the staff only had one hand gloved and the other hand was still touching the food. Place was alright, but probably won’t make the trip out again.

Been here twice so far. First time I did a breakfast sandwich which is completely customizable online, you can add lots of ingredients other places don't have. Second time I got the Irish Bangers FT which is Irish sausage on their cinnamon french toast with egg and a side of maple syrup. Both of the sandwiches were awesome! I also love the location just at the beginning of Hatboro and the sit down area is perfect for my work breaks. Highly recommend!!

This place is a hidden gem. I’m from the area and only just stubbled onto this place which has been here for almost a year now. Staff was so friendly and inviting. Food was delicious and fresh and obviously the bagels were the highlight. Don’t sleep on their lattes either, so good! Now that I know they are here I will definitely be a regular. You have to check this place out.

Great spot for a bagel and hot chocolate. Would've given this place 5 stars but it took like half and hour plus a reminder to get the hot chocolate. By then my food was gone, but it's good.
