Concordance Ferments

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Concordance three times now, and each visit has been a treat! The food and beer are consistently fantastic. Plus, the staff is incredibly helpful and knows a lot about the beer and food menu. Last night, I tried the hot chicken sandwich, which was absolutely amazing, and I paired it with the Bavarian Pils. If not the best, it’s definitely one of the best Pilsners I’ve ever tasted. The brewery is located inside an old mill, which adds a wonderful charm and character to the place. If you’re a fan of great beer and food, this is definitely a spot you should check out.

Great night out. Cozy downstairs "hang out" snack and bar area. Upstairs dining area has a repurposed rustic vibe. The food was all delicious! Sour dough bread and homemade butter, yum, 3 part wings and amazing blue cheese sauce, French onion soup was on point, tomato soup and grilled cheese, Shepard's Pie!! All amazing. The in house beers were a nice addition. Definitely pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

So excited to see this Mill turned into such a fine establishment! We had 2 beers & 2 cocktails which were all so good! The food is unbelievable. The duck melts in your mouth (you must try!), the grilled cheese & 🍅 soup was phenomenal, and the burrata was unbelievable! Great job Chef! No changing tables yet for the little one but I’m sure it’s coming! Such a fabulous spot! 🥰

Great little restaurant! We got the olives and bread for apps. Bread was soft, warm, with a nice homemade butter. Olives were in their own little pickling jar with an almost sweet flavor. Followed by the pumpkin soup which was dark and delicious. Next course was the apple walnut salad with chicken. Apples and chicken were sliced so thin, and the hidden chunks of blue cheese were so creamy. I tried 2 beers, the Harmony Berlinerweiss which was the perfect blend of raspberry and passionfruit, and the one with white tea (forget the name) which was surprisingly refreshing. Finally, the chocolate truffles for desert were soft, sweet, with just the right amount of toasted almonds. We ate upstairs in the full dining room. Our server, Alba was so sweet and attentive to our needs at all times. I

Went tonight for some dinner and we were delighted with the menu. The face bacon had delicious grits, the goat cheese tortellini was very interesting with hen of the wood mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. Kids Mac and cheese was perfect for my kid but maybe too garlicy for other. I enjoyed the sour and Berliner. I would definitely go back to try an IPA if they made one.
