What a lovely new bakery here in Powell! It's a thrill to me to know this has been opened to provide work opportunities for folks with special needs! I do hope the Powell Community and North Knoxville Community will support this business in this endeavor. I enjoyed my visit here with a friend today and we were welcomed with kindness and happy people. We sat down outside and enjoyed our purchased and the owner came out to visit with us! You can order cakes and cookies and sweet here, and come by and pick up your special orders. They do Cakes for all occasions and I do think you will be pleased with any purchase you may make here. Lets support this special place here in our home town! It is directly across the street from Frontier Phone Company and next door to the Community Chest!

We’re so lucky to have this little slice of heaven right in the neighborhood. From the moment we walked in, the smell of fresh-baked goodness made it nearly impossible to wait until we got home—honestly, some of the treats barely made it through the door! Everything looked amazing, and somehow tasted even better. You can tell each item is made with love and serious baking talent. Whether it's the pastries, cookies, or breads, there’s something special about every bite. Even better, Joli Bs is run by our neighbors, and it’s clear they’ve poured their hearts into this place. I stumbled upon this adorable place after a doctor's appointment. The staff could not be kinder, the place itself is adorable, and the thumbprint cookies are truly the best I've ever had. Don't skip on this place! So yummy
