Chick-fil-A

When I’m in the mood for something like a chicken sandwich or the grilled chicken salad I choose this place It’s always been fresh food and I feel the quality of the food is good. Dining room was always clean and the staff very friendly.

We are breakfast there. Three adults, two preschoolers. After our order was rung up and the total given I thought she had forgotten something as I was expecting much more like other fast food places, but no, that was the cost. Food was good. Little ones played for a bit. All a good experience.

This stinks. Its to busy,to noisy,to pricey and the chicken is gross(my opinion). This place is so over rated. I cldnt believe how people seem to talk this place up. Why? Dnt ask! Its so not worth your time. They are rude, no real organization to how its ran at all. The only thing good I tried were the waffle fries but you can get them cheaper and crispy else where theirs were soggy. I wnt ever go back. Just not worth it.

I hope they contact me about my experience. Absolute worst group of orders. Did it drive thru through the app. They didn't have my order. I should them the app with my order. My credit card had been charged. Talked to 2 employees. All they told me was they didn't have my order. They didn't care. They NEVER offered to start my order in store. They said they couldn't help me. This is just beyond poor customer service. I drove all the way out there and back. No food. Crappy chick fil a service. I love how when I call them to talk about the experience they talk about the mobile app and how it works and how they provide great service. That was not my experience.

No Soup for You. My wife is sick and I’ve been trying to get her to eat something. She said she wanted some Chick-fil-A chicken noodle soup. I made a special trip to the restaurant and was told that they are out of soup. I spoke with the manager and he had no explanation or solution.
