Terrible service by Maddie. She was extended inpatient and rude. Train her or get her out of there if not you'll lose many customers. Would not recommend!

Really good ice cream. The service was quick and high quality. They were out of a lot of the flavors. It was a good price.

Everything tasted great. The new Oreo with Cold Brew is fantastic... and I don't even like cold brew. LOL! They weren't very busy when we arrived, but the young man made our order with efficiency and good cheer! The ice cream was top notch as well, just as I expected. I just wish there was some sort of deal with fresh packed containers (and that they weren't $2 more than prepacked... especially when you end up with a little less) - I would've bought 2. Oh well... Their loss.

We absolutely LOVE the ice cream here and the staff is super helpful and friendly! The Wild and Reckless sherbet and Lemon Sorbet are very good!!!

So I usually like to give really good reviews, but I came to this Baskin-Robbins I’ve never had the app. I’ve always paid never really thought about getting an app even though I have it for several different other restaurants but for some reason, apparently they’re all on by different franchises so they don’t take the free scoop that you get when you sign up for the app but they take the birthday scoop and they weren’t really nice about it. I called The one that’s Parkside and they weren’t even kind about either which I’m gonna leave a review there because I just called to ask and say so is that like a thing and he was like yeah we don’t take it either so what’s the point of even having the app like I get that different franchise people own them but why even having an app, you might as wel
