Chris Klem helped me big time with obtaining a new ice machine for my work. He did a lot searching for the right one and was able to deliver it within a few days. He went above and beyond helping me out, was super nice and very knowledgeable. Everyone who works there is also great and very friendly and they make sure you have what you need. Glad this business is still around as I always prefer the “Mom & Pop,” stores compared to the big box ones. Highly recommend!
