By far one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The ramen is perfectly balanced, with each bowl carrying its own signature style. The broth was rich and flavorful, making every bite feel complete. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of sushi rolls. As a salmon lover, I appreciated the variety on the menu—it made us curious to try more. Our waiter was attentive and helpful, suggesting options that piqued our interest. We ordered just enough for two, though we definitely wanted more! The Lemon Salmon and Salmon Lover rolls were excellent, leaving us eager to explore other choices next time. While salmon nigiri is on the pricier side (around $8, which seems standard in the U.S.), the freshness and silky tender texture with a clean finish made it worth every bite. Dessert

As someone who has had her fill of Japanese food during our tour in Asia, this place brings us right back to an izakaya with its friendly atmosphere and relaxed vibes. The nigiri and sashimi is just excellent, with amazing fatty pieces. The Japanese curry is fantastic, as are the high balls. Definitely will be back!

What a lovely spot for a great dinner! We had Deep Fried Gyozas for a starter and Premium Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramens! Everything was absolutely delicious!!! And everyone is very friendly.

Freshest fish and best sushi west of Seattle, we are blessed to have this incredible sushi chef in Silverdale. I really appreciate that they write the fish and roll names on the to go boxes so you can really appreciate what you’re tasting! I barely remembered to take a picture because we were in heaven!!

Unfortunately we were disappointed in the quality of our dishes. The ramen noodles tasted exactly like the one you get in a 25¢ package at the grocery. The unagi was sliced ultra thin so there wasn’t much meal plus it was dress as if it was chirashi with wasabi, ginger, and some veggies, so that threw off the flavor as well. The miso was the kind you get from an Asian store and just add water with about 2 tiny pieces of tofu The only item that we really thought was tasty was the croquette, but unfortunately they also tasted very oily. I saw a lot of people ordered sushi and that looked pretty decent, but the prices were very high for the amount you get. As I was exiting, I noticed that there was a sign about the minimum wage being $16.66 so I’m figuring it was probably their way of justify
