So cozy and unique. We had a date night/ birthday celebration with a tomahawk steak and a bottle of wine and it was awesome. Come on, scallops that cut like butter and a perfect medium rare tomahawk steak is my kind of birthday celebration. They even have an outdoor firepit and cigars for an after dinner treat. MasterChef Nate Ryan does it just right, and it's in Silverdale. It doesn't get better than this.

I wanted to arrange a special Christmas dinner for my parents and hoped to make it completely stress-free for them. I was able to make a reservation and prepay in advance, so they could simply enjoy the evening without worrying about the bill. The owner was fantastic to work with—responsive, accommodating, and incredibly easy to coordinate with. My parents absolutely loved the dinner and have not stopped talking about it. They both said it was the best dinner they have ever had, which truly means a lot considering my dad is 85 and my mom is 80. Afterward, I sent a quick thank-you text to the owner, and he went out of his way to send me photos of the Christmas dinners he served them. That level of care and pride really stood out. This is a cozy friendly place with Michelin star quality food on par with what you get at Gordon Ramsay's Steak at the Paris in Las Vegas. Fantastic experience! Don't FA go FO!

This place is next level. The chef and his menu, meals and atmosphere are the best in Kitsap and needs to be a destination for foodies, people who enjoy fine dining or just a unique experience. The chef interacts with his patrons. My wife and I booked again before we left.

We made a reservation on a night that is typically a night off for the chef and his wife but for a very small additional cost, we were offered a private dining experience and we jumped on it! What a very special treat! We arrived on time for our reservation and were greeted by both of them like we were family, I will forever remember the genuine smiles! We each ordered a Manhattan and sat back and relaxed in the beautifully decorated intimate restaurant while we watched Chef Nate do his thing. The scallops came out first and were absolutely divine! Soft and smooth like butter with accents of just enough herbs so the scallop shined. Our entrees included crispy skin salmon and tomahawk steak.
