Mai Maui Cafe

Went to Maui Cafe in Silverdale on a Saturday around 10am. They seem to be a newer business and I do keep that in mind. Im also pretty easy going but there are some issues they still need to work out. They were friendly and the cafe was cute. I sat myself and was greeted within 3 minutes. I placed my order and paid right away. I didn't keep track of time as I was waiting for my husband to get a haircut. I ordered the ubi mochi waffles, the kalua pork loco moco, and a side of marinated eggs. The first thing to come out was the waffle. It was chewy (as a mochi waffle should be) and the Ube cream on top was phenomenal. They should put it on more things! Our second dish came out about 10 minutes AFTER we had finished the waffle. Mai Maui🌺☕️🍵10/10 Mai the owner was sooo sweet. All the food was great. We had a party of 7. I ordered myself an Iced matcha with almond milk & avocado toasts with poached egg over medium. I ordered my 3 yrold a milk & toast with the Pineapple jam. Located in Silverdale right next to Bank of America. Across from Safeway.

To enjoy more of this beautiful sunny day, stopped in at Mai Maui Cafe in Silverdale. I went towards the tail end of breakfast menu but I was still able to order the Kalua Loco Moco. OMG it is sooooo darn good!!🔥🙌🏼 The kalua pork is done so beautifully and so tasty, eggs were poached nicely. The gravy was lacking only cause it was the last bit of serving left for the day. I was generously comped for the lack of gravy. It was much appreciated but not necessary as the food was so yummy. I can't wait to come back in for more on another day!!😊

Amazing service and a beautiful cafe. Came in for an iced white chocolate mocha and a masubi! Both tasted great! The owner is so sweet too ❤️

Went for lunch here with a friend and the ladies working were so nice and welcoming! I got the Ube Mochi Waffles and they were so yummy. They were nice and crispy with an amazing Ube syrup on top. Would definitely recommend:)
