My office placed an order for pickup. We got back to the office and 1 of the 4 sandwiches were missing. I called to get it rectified and the woman on the phone was awful! She accused me of lying about the missing item! When I asked for compensation, she said they were remaking the sandwich for free. Like no…I paid for a damn sandwich and didn’t get one! That’s not free! Give me a freaking break!! I had to send a different member of the team to pick it up, because my lunch break was over…it’s just not right and no way to do business.

I was the only person in the store. I ordered a veto and got all way back home to find out that there’s mayonnaise all over my sandwich and I’m allergic to mayo. And a hair also

Delivery took over an hour, I called to ask what was going on and was told "we only have 1 driver today". No apology, but that's fine, how about you let me know that when i'm ordering instead of 40 minutes after I order? I would not wait that long for a cold cut sandwich delivery. Still took another 25 minutes until the driver calls and asks, gruffly, how to find my building. I (again) explain how to get to it, to which the response is something that could be best described as a grunt followed by hanging up on me. 5 minutes later, driver arrives and there is an item missing from the order. At this point i've had enough, take my cash back from the driver and cancel the order. I would love to say this is the first time this has happened here, but sadly, I've endured this torture by the
