Fun place to spend time and get away from stress. Slots machines are not really my thing, but the place is nice and peaceful to play at.

I've been going to this location since it opened. I was very disappointed to find out that 2 of my favorite people are not going to be there. To say that the place was not clean and the customer service is poor is like saying the Pope is Jewish. Whomever made this decision made a very poor decision. Trish has a wonderful personalty and is very attentive. When it comes to doing her job there is no one better. Scott is very intuned with what's going on and is the perfect choice for someone to run that place. The person who made that horrible review was not a nice person. She would literally ignore me when I would go in there. I stopped going when she was there because she was a mean and petty person. She drove away business. I really will have to think whether I want to frequent your stores

Great experience! Trish is super friendly and to whoever left the one star review saying the place wasn't clean should needs to have their head examined.. we're in a pandemic, EVERYWHERE is over killing with cleanliness.

I’ve been in Stellas multiple times over the years and know of Trish from my years of being a customer. I’ve always seen her and all the employee’s cleaning, disinfecting and going above and beyond with customer service. The customer service here and at all the Stella’s in the area is top notch! Thanks Trish and all the other employees for going above and beyond during this pandemic!!!!!

Having spent money there myself while Trish has been working I've never noticed the place not to be clean or poorly attended. Who ever this one customer is that left the one star review has no idea what they are talking about. Probably a disgruntled employee, in which you should know Defamation/Libel is a crime. Solaia Tech., LLC v. Specialty Pub'g Co., 852 N.E.2d 825, 839 (Ill. 2006). Look it up, otherwise great store, great employees. After having read that one star I had to leave my review.
