I don't usually write reviews for fast food places, but this place must be one of the most well-run Jimmy Johns in the world!
Has gone way down hill. The food isn't worth the price increase. Bread is so doughy you can't even chew it. Just been trying it again and again and same same. If you want high school drama go inside the place you won't be disappointed.
I have been traveling a lot lately, the Ottawa JIMMY JOHNS blows all others around the country away! The day and later shifts are always greeting customers in a friendly manner. I have not had a bad run in at the Ottawa store in my many years of living here. Well done Ottawa Jimmy John’s!!!! Wonderful job!
Quality of product has gone down over the years. Ok sandwich but there are better subs out there.
They offered a deal and then stated you have to ask for the deal but it is advertised on the whole building. So disappointed!
