Sam's Pizza

My daughter called to place an order for a medium beef roll and we know it's cash only so she asked the total price so she brought enough when she went to pick it up. The guy told her $25.00. She gets there and they tell her $25.88. There's only 2 younger guys working and she explained she asked for the total in the phone. So she went in the car and dug for change but still came up .07¢ short. The one kid offer to pay the 7¢ but the other one wouldn't let him. As often as we order from there, I was fuming. 7¢??! Really??!!! She got ahold of her sister who cash app'd her a dollar but that's just ridiculous. Where's your holiday spirit? I've never been charged cents when I went there, it's always been an even $25.00.

Pizza was gross. Ive been there before and it was good. This time I had to cut the pieces apart so the thick hard cheese wouldn't pull the toppings off. Crust was hard as a rock on the edges and bottom stuck to the box in the middle. Greasy and gross. Nothing about this pizza was good. I wanted to save some for dinner tomorrow but its way too gross. Look for my picture of the box where I had to scrape the middle pieces off the box. It was a sloppy Greasy gross mess and crust was hard accept in the middle where was stuck to the box.. could have gave me a circle? Nope... put right on box..

So I ordered a large pizza earlier, it came out to $31. When the guy asked if I was paying with cash or card and I told him card, he told me it would cost $32, fine. So how come I'm being charged $38.50?

The pizza is dry the cheese falls off the pizza instantly and tastes like your eating chalk. The only good thing is the sauce

Great people, busy place delicious. Best in Ottawa for sure. $27 without tip for in town delivery of cheese pizza with pepperoni and mushroom with extra ranch and pizza sauce, worth the coin!
