I’ve had Amazon packages take longer to arrive than a JJ sub. The bread? Perfect. The veggies? Crisp. The sandwich? Gone in 45 seconds because it was that good and I have no self-control. And the employees always look like they’re on a mission from the Sandwich Gods themselves—focused, determined, and ready to sling subs at lightning speed. If you’re hungry, impatient, or simply want to feel like a NASCAR driver pulling into a pit stop for a sandwich, Jimmy John’s is your place. Freaky Fast, Freaky Fresh, and freaky good every single time.

This was the first time we tried the Jimmy John’s in Monticello. Probably the best sandwich shop around, no matter the city. We ordered our food online through the jimmy johns app. It speeded up our order cause when we arrived the drive thru seemed backed up. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and my wife ordered the tuna sandwich. Tasty sandwiches and good customer service.

Alex, the manager was an absolute pleasure to work with! His great communication, prompt responses, and kind attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. When a few mistakes came up, he handled them quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was corrected and our athletes had the happy and fed. We truly appreciate his hard work.

My husband ordered 1 sandwich in drive thru for me without lettuce. Opened it when he got home and it’s covered in lettuce. I can’t eat lettuce, so the sandwich went in the trash. Please reimburse my money to the card used for the order. Photo of receipt and bad sandwich included for proof or error. I think you can forward my complaint and the copy of my email and photo to the relevant location in Monticello, MN, so they can refund my money.
