We order from this place fairly often, and it’s always a great experience. Fast service, friendly staff, and consistently tasty food. The team gives great recommendations too, especially if you’re feeling adventurous and want to try a new combo of toppings or flavors! Out of dozens of orders, we’ve only ever had one minor issue. What really stood out, though, was how it was handled. When we mentioned the problem to the manager Trent the following evening (since my fiancée and I didn’t have the energy to deal with it that night), they went above and beyond to make it right. Their communication and professionalism were top-notch. It’s easy to praise a place that gets it right every time, but it says even more when they handle the rare hiccup with care and integrity. 10/10 would recommend!

Very friendly customer service

everytime i get a blt from here yall forget the mayo.

Just left Jimmy John’s and the gentleman working was on his phone the whole time playing a game. Didn’t look up to make eye contact. Just kept asking if I needed anything else. The young lady that made the sandwich was nice and did a good job.

Ordered three sandwiches and they only got one sandwich order right. We got home with the sandwiches and could not eat them as they put mayonnaise all over them when the order stated no mayonnaise. They also put tomatoes on one which said no tomatoes (allergy) so that sandwich was a complete loss. The second we were able to save the meat and put on other bread but the lettuce and cucumbers were a loss bc they saved the meat from the mayo. Would not recommend this location, go a little further and use the McKinney location!
