On 1/5/2026 around 9:00pm, this location has disgust me to the max I placed the order through the drive-through waiting on tenders and chicken while I was waiting. The young redhead girl was spraying cleaning solutions around the food on windows with the bread that heat warmer with the bread as soon as I seen it, I pulled around to the front and get out my car to let the manager know and ask for a refund immediately the cleanest solutions was getting on chicken and she was just spraying everywhere. I let the Manager on duty know and she defended her and said she didn’t get on anything. I said are you serious? I seen the mist from the cleanest solutions getting on food and why is she spraying clean solutions on food items and food while they are still out, And then I asked for a refund she

Best Golden chick I've ever visited... And its been more than once I've visited this same location best part is that you NEVER have to ask for more wicked seasoning 😋 I'll make that drive..

Well… butter my biscuits and color me impressed! I am blown away by how amazing the service is at the Golden Chick in Melissa, Texas. Upon first arrival, I was greeted at the drive thru by a kind, warm voice that guided me through the menu. The staff at both of the windows were sweet and also extremely good looking😂. My food tasted so delicious and filling to my big belly. Thank you Golden employees for making my heart and soul full. I love you ❤️🤟

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Golden Chick in Melissa, TX, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. Ana assisted with placing my order and she was very attentive and provided wonderful customer making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu features a diverse selection of dishes, with standout items including the crispy catfish, which was lightly battered and served with tartar sauce. The roasted chicken was seasoned to perfection as well! The fresh salads are also worth mentioning, with vibrant ingredients that are both refreshing and satisfying. Overall, Golden Chic is a must-visit for anyone seeking amazing food and a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I arrived at 9:58 PM, and they informed me that they're closed, but the site says they close at 10 PM. Than once again they want to inform me that they have no chicken, that they ran out of everything. This is a scrappy and unprofessional place and I'd recommend going to Wingstop instead.
