The Bro Flavors

We were hopeful! The pichana and chicken were both dry (maybe over-cooked?) and served at just above room temperature 😬 The smash burger with house sauce had an unexpected bbq flavor. The taqueria were almost good, the Venezuelan cheese is really mild and lacking flavor. We were the only people there on a Saturday around 5pm. All-in-all not worth the $60+ price.

This place is incredible! We’ve already been twice since we found it. The owner is really nice and helped us decide what to order. The Picanha is delicious, and the yuka and smash burger are the best I ever had! I constantly crave this burger. Even my husband thinks this is the best burger he’s had. It’s so nice to finally have a solid place to eat in Melissa!

They are so nice and the food is AMAZING!!! Best service in Melissa and easily the best food truck experience I’ve ever had. We got the two meat parillada (with picanya and pork) This is easily some of the best food I’ve had in North Texas!! I particularly loved the sauces and everything was cooked so well. This is a MUST try & it was reasonably priced too. Owned by local friendly family. Great stop on the way home from work off of 121 for dinner or for a healthier, easy option than feeding your family fast food. Literally may be my favorite restaurant now. I cannot say enough good things about it!

Bro Flavors is hands-down my new favorite food truck 🙌🔥 The food is out of this world—so much flavor in every single bite! 🌮🍔🍟 You can tell they put real heart into what they’re cooking. The vibe is awesome, the people running it are super friendly, and the portions are BIG (you definitely get your money’s worth 👏). Service is quick, but honestly even if there was a line, it’d be worth the wait. If you see Bro Flavors parked anywhere near you, stop whatever you’re doing and GO. Trust me, you’ll be hooked after the first bite 😋👌

The picanha was very good. Their version of potatoes was great. That coleslaw tho was killer. Prob the best Ive ever had. The only thing I didn't like it was raining and took it to go. But even after a 30 min drive hm was extremely happy how GOOD it was! Oddly enough if it hadn't been storming and the power being out in many towns around my area we may have never found this awesome spot! I'll be back for sure!
