1 star – Absolutely do NOT order from here via DoorDash during busy hours As a DoorDash driver, I waited 50 full minutes inside this restaurant today just to get one order. The worst part? They literally finished making and handing out every single order from customers who came in after me (walk-ins, phone orders, etc). I politely asked multiple times for an update, only to get rude, short answers like “Not ready yet” with attitude. Because of this, my customer didn’t get their lunch until well after 1 p.m.—their lunch break was already over and they couldn’t even eat it anymore. I also wasted my entire midday block standing around accomplishing almost nothing. If you’re thinking of ordering DoorDash from this place when it’s busy, just don’t. Pick a different restaurant or go somewhere t

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! They dont have drivers and use 3rd party apps to deliver food. I waited 45 minutes before calling and they said no one had been sent to pick it up. Furthermore, they consistently get sandwich customization wrong, and their attitudes can be prickly. I am genuinely amazed that corporate let's this place keep their franchise, given how poor they treat their customers, and apparently employees, given that they can't keep a delivery driver on staff long enough to not need 3rd party apps. HEY JJ CORPORATE, JUST YANK THEIR FRANCHISE ALREADY! They've already cost you one loyal customer, and based off these reviews I'm seeing, I ain't the only one.

We ordered carryout through the app. The food was ready at exactly the time promised. The 3 sandwiches were made exactly as ordered. The bread was very good. The turkey sandwiches were ok.

I was in tonight and watched an employee aggressively verbally attack another customer over a cookie. The customer thought a cookie was included in the combo but instead of just informing him the employee aggressively approached him and told him “ give me my cookie back bro” it was very uncomfortable and I thought he was going to get physical with the customer who was surprised and and really just misunderstood the combo. It felt very unnecessary, uncomfortable and a bit scary. I felt very bad for the young couple who were verbally attacked. It looked like they had planned to eat there until the altercation as was I, however we all left instead. I don’t think I’ll be back if I have to worry about violence over a cookie.

As annoying as it is- ALWAYS check your sandwich before leaving this place. I ordered a veggie with extra pickles, to go... got home and my sandwich was ✨spicy✨. Somehow when I said “pickles” they heard “hot peppers”. Like this sandwich was LOADED with hot peppers..... no pickles in sight. Very very very disappointed to say the least.
