Jimmy John's

Sandwich reminded me of a prepackaged sandwich out of a vending machine. Hardly anything there. Jimmy John’s locally, has changed over all. The bread has changed. The meat has changed. Reminds me of subway. I won’t eat at subway. I am saddened by this. I loved Jimmy John’s. It’s in a truck stop so I can’t really comment of atmosphere. It is what it is. It was clean. I had high hopes. The people were really nice. They were fast. They have no control over policies and pricing. And that’s where my issues lie. I had a problem with the Springdale location a few months ago. Lettuce wrap literally 95% lettuce. I deleted my app.

I wish they hadn’t removed the Burrito Bar for this. Now I love a good sub, this isn’t a good sub, not to me anyway. The #7 is supposed to be their “spicy” Italian. Hard to call something spicy when mayonnaise is the predominant flavor. The bread is dense the toppings bland and few. Apparently there are those who like JJ’s, however if you are a Jersey Mikes or Firehouse fan you’ll most likely be disappointed, I was.

Young gal behind the counter couldn't stay off her phone long enough to make two sandwiches. I'm incredibly grossed out as this is a HUGE hygiene/health department issue. Cross contamination of food surfaces is EXTREMELY unhygienic.

Even if you order online, expect a wait. They seem to be understaffed with stressed out workers. As excited as I was for this to open, it’s going to be a long time before they have a chance to earn my business again.
