We picked up food there and told them exactly what we wanted and what we wanted on a sub and two Giros and they put things on we did not want and we repeated what we wanted when we got home and unwrapped them and yes they did what we did not want and the roast beef sub was dry and didnt taste good. It's to far and to late to go all the way back when we're up in Dandridge and across the bridge and 8 miles up. We didnt like the food and its expensive I really wouldn't tell any one to go there .

Both trips they didn’t just get my order wrong, they absolutely did the opposite. First trip asked for a Toasted Club LuLu, what I received was a un-toasted LuLu WITH NO MEAT. Second trip, ordered the same thing, I received a toasted one with no bacon and HAM, the sandwich is turkey. I’ll never go back.

I stopped by Jimmy John’s and ordered the Italian sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and the sandwich was made perfectly. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Dustin at the drive-thru window — he was super friendly and had great customer service. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to be welcoming and make the experience better. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered a turkey on wheat with mayo, mustard, and onion only. After 3 attempts of back and forth I thought the cashier got it right. Get home with no onion. The ham and cheese I got was ok, nothing special. I don't blame the cashier. The computer screen for ordering looked like a nightmare. It's just so annoying that I spend 10 minutes to make sure the order is correct and get home with disappointment from the girlfriend.
