Jimmy John's

We ordered 2 sandwiches and added mashed avocado side cup, which was $3.00. This is the size of the $3.00 mashed avocado and the BLT had cold bacon on it. It was not crisp and had not been heated up, I had to cook it before eating. WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN

Staff is awful. They dont acknowledge customers when they walk in the door. Took 20 + mins for them to make 2 sandwiches. Called the store to complain. "Debbie" said she was the manager and blamed me - the customer for not telling them why I was there. I placed a pick up order. My order wasnt even correct when I left. I was the only person in the store- why else would I be at a Jimmy Johns? The employees could care less about the customers. Don't go to the Harrisonville, MO store.

I asked for salt and pepper. The cashier said they dont have it. The only saving grace is the jalapenos have a good kick. Cant even cut the sandwich in half.

Jimmy John’s, you are canceled, in our family at least. We went to get sandwiches today while traveling, I was giving the lady our order, I ordered my daughter’s sandwich first, it’s just salami and cheese, super easy. Then I told her which sandwich I would like, she says, “Do you want cheese on that?” I know my face gave her a super confused look, I’ve never been asked if I want cheese on a Jimmy John’s sandwich before. I say, “Yes, please.” In my head I’m like, “What? Why is she asking if I want cheese? Do people not want cheese on their sandwich?” I order the next sandwich, same thing… “Do you want cheese on that?” I’m kind of getting annoyed at this point, what do you mean do I want cheese? Of course I want cheese. In my head I’m really trying to reason this cheese thing, I’m thinking,

About one in eight orders is correct whether it is delivery, take out or dine in. Staff is typically rude and impatient when addressing issues brought to attention and most of the time with delivery orders I'm told there's nothing they can do. And that's after delivery takes about 45 mins.
