Jimmy John's

Just ran through the drive though in Fergus Falls. My order was incorrect, I called to see what we could do to remedy it, and I was hung up on. Not great service. Sad.

Second time in a row they messed up my order no Ranch and not cut in half, the first time they didn't have any French bread so it had to be on slices wheat waited 10 plus minutes for my sub in store. I have never had any problems with any other Jimmy John's

Terrible, never again am I ordering here. Food was good but terrible and I mean terrible service. I ordered a sub and a couple cookies. Me and my dad were sitting on the couch just chatting and we hear a bang on our door and we look out the windows and the driver is walking away and flipped us off and drove off. Our sub was under the door. And the cooked are completely smashed.

Hands down best fast food restaurant in town and maybe beyond. Thanks for the outstanding service guys

I stopped by the Jimmy John’s in Fergus Falls for lunch. Dan, the associate that helped me, was so friendly and kind! I greatly appreciated the service that I received and the sandwich was amazing as always!!
