Jersey Mike's Subs

Friendly workers with great attitudes and patient with me and my boyfriend, as it's our first time at a Jersey Mikes. We got their giant chicken philly cheese steak and mini chocolate chunk cookies to share. Cookies are soft and delicious. Sub is absolutely and utterly fantastic. Definitely coming here again when in the area.

My daughter and I come several times with no issues. Today we came in at 1:00 for lunch. We ordered our sandwich’s and the gal didn’t write it down. We moved up to the section where we should have told them what we wanted on our sandwich’s and they weren’t there. They started taking the guys order behind us. The girls face told me she forgot our order. The quickly made our subs and then I had to tell them what goes on a #8. When I asked for the pepper relish she gave me an attitude like it was not okay that I asked her to put that on my sub. Then the guy behind us they completely forgot all about making his hot sub all together. The joking around between employees is so inappropriate.

I went into there expecting a Subway type of establishment. Was surprised with how fresh every ingredient looked including the meat selection. Was definitely a lil more pricey than I was expecting but the food was delicious. Good place to wait and eat if you're doing laundry next door.

I Stopped in right before close and hated to be "That guy". However I was trying to get food for my wife and myself a day or so past our baby being born. The smile and complete willingness to make whatever I needed even 5 minutes until 9pm close just spoke volumes of the effort put into making the place good. Been to this location multiple times and the food is always good.

Stopped in tonight at 5 minutes to close and the 3 workers were gracious and accommodating. Best customer service I've had in a long time. My husband hadn't eaten all day because of work and said his sandwich was awesome. They made us 6 sandwiches to take to a cross country meet tomorrow and didn't bat an eye at the large order so close to close. There were also awesome tunes playing too, just making it an ever better stop for us. 1st time customers and we will definitely be back!
