Jimmy John's

I like Jimmy John's. This is my local one. And to their credit, they have never botched MY order, and always deliver quickly. But my daughter always wants a Slim #6. An established menu item. The one with just cheese on it. But absolutely every time, whether we order online or drive through, they somehow mess up her order and put more than just cheese on it. Even when I select the menu item that only comes with cheese. Even when I verbally specify "The Slim 6, the one with only cheese on it". Sometimes there's meat. Sometimes there's vegetables. But they have not once gotten it right on the first try, and I always have to either go in or call the store for a replacement.

First time customer.great staff had the 3 cheese ham melt with pesto salad .it was so good I went back again the next for the same thing.

I got a giant gargantuan, which I have gotten many times from this location toasted For whatever reason, the employees that are currently working today, could not toast my sandwich kept saying they could not do. It is too big. There is too much meat and I said I have always had a toasted. I am not sure. Could you just please put it in there and toast it the sandwich sucked not toasted. I feel that I wasted my money. My associate with that was with me asked for a giant sandwich and received the regular. He had to go back and ask for the rest of his sandwich. There was probably 5 to 8 employees in there and I was really trying to understand what that many people were doing when they were dead. It was a very interesting crew to say the least. Really disappointed with my order from Jimmy John’s. My sandwich looked like it was made by a 5-year-old — ingredients uneven, barely put together, and just sloppy overall. For the price, I expected way better quality control. If I wanted a poorly made sub, I could’ve just gone to Subway.

They take your order on line, after waiting for an hour I called them and they told me they don't have delivery drivers. So they tell me they will send it through Uber. I waited for another half hour. I canceled my order due to poor delivery service. This is not the first time that this has happened. If you can't delivery food in a timely fashion you should not take delivery orders. I always get great service from other JJ locations bu not this one.
