I asked combo with portion double portion of roast bee instead I get roast beef & ham. I told the clerk want I wanted double roast beef. manager get him to say I wanted roast beef & ham young man look what !! Would never spend a dime in this jimmy John again in this time. They have no,no respect. He should have made me fresh sandwich. What he done was taken he taken ham off instead getting me a fresh sandwich!! Never again, will I shop @this joint again.

Placed my order on the app and did not realize it defaults to the Elmwood Park location that’s 9 minutes away instead of our nearest location at the Brickyard (which I love and have never had a problem with) 36 minutes later was wondering where my food was so I called and it seems as though the store has to call uber to do the delivery and they just forgot?? Because once I called I received a message stating the delivery was just set up. Which tells me it probably was forgotten and would not have been done until I called. Once the food arrived an hour later the bag was soaked in oil from sitting there for 50 minutes, and my husband’s tuna sandwich was inedible. If I could leave no stars I would. There was hair in my sandwich. It was literally coming out of the bread.
