The last 3 times I've been here I have had to wait 20 plus min at the window for my food. This time the seemed like they were so high they couldn't read the order. For some reason they toasted my sandwich and it doesn't come toasted. When I told them I wanted it remade they seemed shocked. After 5 min of staring at the instructions on how to actually make the sandwich ... They made it wrong again. The forgot the hot peppers... I was too annoyed to saying then and just left. Whoever runs this place now is just doing a terrible job.

Ordered delivery -Quick service -Sandwich was well made and tasty. Plenty of ingredients that appeared fresh and ready to eat. -Chips are always good -Lemon cookie was great, they should of had that as an option a long time ago Overall great experience after a long 7hr drive with a tasty sandwich

Ordered a delivery order 1/13/24. I had gotten a BLT, the bacon was discolored and brown. I called the store wanting my money back. I was told they could give me a $5 credit. When I said my sandwich cost more than $5, the "manager" responded with well the BLT cost $6.09 so it's only like $1 difference. I asked if she would be okay getting less back for something she paid full price for. I told her I didn't want in store credit I wanted my money back, she told me I would have to call Tuesday(1/16/24) to speak with the GM. So I called Tuesday, asked for the GM, when the GM(Madison) got on the phone she said "what's up" and I had to ask if it was actually the GM and her name. I told her the situation and she told me she could not give me my money back since it was from a different day. I aske

The general manager matt savage is the rudest manager ive ever seen very noisy loudly complaining while im eating my food wont stop talking about how someone called off and he has to cover imagine getting mad for having to do your job and my autistic cousin got cussed out on the phone one time with him because he couldnt say a word correctly people with short fuses should not work management
