Review 1: 3/5 stars It’s amazing with how much work you can get done at this library 🤠 Review 2: 0/5 stars I have been coming in here quite often and unfortunately, they only greet people to CERTAIN PEOPLE. I walk in and they never greet me or say “have a great day” like they do with everybody else. Terrible SERVICE!!! I’m human too and deserve respect as much as you give to everyone else that walks through this door.

Very nice Library always clean and smells great. The staff is very friendly here to help you find what you need quickly. They actually go above and beyond to help me with my literary needs every time I've been there! I don't even live in East Peoria but it is my choice of library to go to.

Going here with my kids is a great experience, recently I went by myself on a cold day 30mins into reading I took off my shoes and change my position. Shortly after that I was asked to put my shoes back on by an employee and did so. After that started to read again bt felt uneasy everytime I looked up I noticed and employee passing by me nothing in hand making eye contact like I was deemed a disturbance and needed to be watch which made the remainder of my time hard to enjoy reading peacfully. I'm all for following policy but find it bizarre that the employees make watching people who are respecting the policies a priority. I was stared down twice by the same employee didn't ask if I needed anything just rudely stared. My only conclusion for this behavior is bordum which is a sad excuse to

Very helpful. Computers are easy to access. Notaries are there and very helpful. Free of charge shh 🤫
