Service with a smile. I love a good hot sandwich. Mama's Meatball sandwich is great. They are halved so they don't roll off the bun. Try Potbelly. You might end up with a potbelly but you will eat well in the process.

I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.

I’m actually so pissed. I love potbellies so much! But the guy making my sandwich didn’t put anything on it I asked for..?? I even asked him if he got what I said and he said yes cuz I wanted a lot of veg. 😭 i got like 2 pickles and tiny amount of lettuce… I wanted extra pickles lots of lettuce.. cucumbers mayo tomatoes.. I got home and both our sandwich were so salty it’s basically inedible why….?? Toppings aside like why the crap were they both so darn salty??? I didn’t ask for salt.. sad…

It's Friday the 13th at 6pm, all the restaurants in the Levy District had huge lines and waits so we decided to go to Red Robin but it was packed a well so we came over to Potbelly's to eat. Walking in the way to order seems totally backwards and completely not efficient with a lot of confusion for the customer. From the door you go all the way to the opposite wall to start your order then work your way back to the door to pay. Wife and I had the pick 2 option(half a sandwich and soup or salad and a drink). Our daughter had a peanut butter sandwich on white bread with a cookie and a drink. One guy behind the counter had to practical walk and instruct each customer thru the ordering process, while the girl looked completely lost and the kid running the register struggled on everyone's orde

Pretty darn good! Nice place with a pretty good selection of items. Fresh clean ingredients at a decent price. Good selection of house chips. Some Outside seating. Only negative here was a very dirty floor littered with food and napkins and such.
