I don't usually care to leave reviews on google but I am leaving this after many bad experiences with this location. Don't order delivery from this location. They appear to not have enough employees to cover lunch rushes despite their good location and the benefit of many nearby businesses. Lunch orders are consistently late to a location 5 minutes from the train station. If you have limited time for lunch, other locations will provide a more timely service.

I love Jimmy John’s but I can’t order from this location anymore and it’s very frustrating as the app automatically chooses your store for you. They take over an hour to deliver every single time, and when you call to ask their ETA, they have never answered the phone. Pretty incompetent Jimmy John’s location. Avoid at all costs.

I have used this location multiple times because of the close proximity to my office. I understand mistakes can happen. But given the fact that instructions were provided on location and person, the driver still has an issue finding the location. This is the second time and the same driver! Very disappointing! Never again! I do enjoy the food but I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Never again Jimmy John's!!

Very bad experience with dine in. The employees Threw away the sandwiches and drinks while taking a 1 minute restroom break. No apologies and blaming on customers for not letting them know about bathroom breaks is not a good business model. Workers don’t have common sense . This location will not get my business anymore.
