Scrambled

Stopped in at Scrambled with family for brunch on a Wednesday morning. It was very quiet and we were greeted by the hostess and seated quickly. The restaurant decor and set up is very similar to that of the main restaurant next door, Demetris. Warren was our server and he was a very friendly man that did a great job. He topped us off on coffee and beverages and checked on us throughout our meal. I ordered the Hawaiian Omelette and was quite pleased. It was prepared with ham, bacon, pineapple, and Monterey Jack cheese served with hash browns and rye toast. The pineapple was most prevalent throughout the dish and I enjoyed the extra added sweetness of it in contrast to the savory tasting ham and bacon. It was a very filling dish. Had breakfast and lunch! Comfortable atmosphere with trendy decor. Tortilla soup starter was tasty with large chunks of chicken. We had the Ruben, generous portion of corned beef, nicely grilled, and hot crisp french fries. The Greek omelette contained real gyros meat and feta cheese wrapped in fluffy eggs. Served with the Breakfast Potatoes which were perfectly seasoned and portioned. Left a star off for the server who was overly busy elsewhere. A neat feature of the location; it shares an entrance with Demetri’s Greek restaurant for lunch and dinner and Tres Hermanos Mexican carryout, might come back for Greek food sometime.

Best ever!! Food looks just like the picture! I had the chicken waffle sandwich. Came with bacon. Such a crispy, favorable handful. Definitely can't eat it all in one sitting. Waffle is a brioche, sweet and tasty!

Loved this restaurant. Friendly staff and packed, lively atmosphere. Food was delicious and I love breakfast for lunch. This place doesn't close until 2:30pm. I had a build your own skillet with bacon, ham, mushrooms and cheddar with over hard eggs. All piled on top of red potatoes. Came with a side of two pancakes. The one very special note is the ham is real ham from a bone in ham. Not processed cubes but ham you would eat at Thanksgiving. It makes a difference in the flavor of the entire dish. Huge portions, good service and tasty food overall! My omelet was overloaded (I would have preferred a few fewer veggies), but very good. Pancakes were good overall, but one of the chocolate chip pancakes was raw in the middle. Breakfast burrito was loaded with chorizo, but for us a bit too much, which is really just a personal preference. If you are hungry, this is the place to go!
