every time i order here, y’all always screw up something. PLEASE cut our sandwich’s in half. like i get y’all lazy and prob hate ur job but COME ON. and stop forgetting about my sides. chips, cookie, pickle, etc… Y’ALL ALWAYS FORGET AND I PAY EXTRA FOR THAT. this is why i tip under 15%. you guys just do not care and that’s why y’all have 3.2 stars. 😭

Absolutely terrible service. It’s been over an hour and I’m still waiting for my food to be delivered. I live only a couple miles down the road. Also, when I called, I didn’t get an apology or anything. All I received was, “ya, we only have one delivery driver.” So basically, now I’m going to get sandwiches that have been sitting in a car for 45 minutes on the way over here…great. Glad I tipped 20%. Won’t be doing that again.

We pre-ordered our sandwiches. They always taste good. Unfortunately they did not cut the sandwiches in half, as requested, or identify the sandwiches by name or number.

I love Jimmy John's so much! I absolutely love the vibe, the humorous decor, the music & of course the food. The sandwiches are always made fresh to order. I have never had a had sandwiche here. I also love the pickles & cookie. The pickles can be sliced to your liking upon request & so can the sandwiches. My favorite sandwiches to get is the number 9! And honestly they're big enough to share with a friend. The staff is always super friendly & helpful. Wheelchair accessible & public restrooms.

Love Jimmy John's. Highly recommed a side of kickin' ranch for dipping sandwich or chips. Off main drag but not a bad location.
