Best Culvers I have been to in the Twin Cities. Staff are wonderful and care a great deal! I go out of my way to head to this location because the staff are so friendly and the food is made so well! Burgers, Fries, Chicken are never too greasy, they change out the oil regularly and always salted appropriately. Love this location, keep it up! 🥰

I was on the verge of tears after dropping my burger on the ground after picking it up curbside & bringing it home. I reluctantly called the store to ask if a remake was possible bc my wallet was crying along with me. I am a broke nursing student who decided to treat myself after a week of stress. It was a devastating loss. Culver’s manager (Ross I think) said sure! How fast can you get here? 100/10 experience. I love my Culver’s & I love Ross. May your pillow always be cold & stoplights always be green, king. 🫶🏻

Had placed 3 orders for the new wisconsin mac n cheese bowl on the culvers app. Item shows a medium bowl portion filled with mac n cheese. When received order food was put in an oblong container 1/5th the size. Company likes to deceive and use deceptive busisness practices.

So I guess that you have to order everything that comes on the burgers now. All that was on my burger was a bun, cheese and meat. The Culvers in Cottage Grove has gone down hill.

My sister placed an online order for me to pick-up. The staff wouldn’t hand me the order through the drive-through window. I asked if they could because I had my six-year-old in the car with me and it’s a pain getting her in and out of the car, especially when the temperature was negative 10 degrees. Staff said I had to come into the store to hand me the order. I understand policy, but I hoped they could make an exception given the circumstances. Had I known, I would’ve just placed an order through the drive-through.
