Breakfast bowl looks nothing like menu pictures/ads.
Today I went in there and ask how much I can get on my gift card for $20. Tevin, he was so kind and generous. Honestly one of the nicest people I met in my life, he really lighten up my day!
Tevin was amazing! Outstanding customer service as well as a warm welcome and genuine conversation, this is exactly the heart that is often missing from chain coffee shops, and I really hope to see him (maybe even as a manager?!) the next time I stop in ☺️
I didn’t catch the name of the manager/trainer who took care of my order but I walked out of there tonight with the yummiest coffee, thinking to myself “that was the best service I’ve ever had”. Whoever he is, he is a true gem!
Great coffee & wonderful customer service. Tevan was so incredibly kind, and clearly cares about the service provided (and my drink was perfectly done). We will be back!
