The fact you all started using Uber to deliver. You’re charging me MORE money to wait LONGER for my delivery? That’s crazy. I liked Jimmy John’s when I could tip my drivers in cash for the speed in which I received my order. Now you take the tip money to charge more fees to make me wait AN HOUR.

We ordered 2 sandwiches for a second time this summer and had to cancel after waiting a full hour. Both were bad experiences. 2 strikes her out.

Idk what it is about Idaho employees that seem to think it’s okay not to follow food directions. I ordered a sandwich no cheese. I shouldn’t have to state ALLERGY when I asked for no cheese. Or ask for it cut in half or extra napkins. The inconsistency drives me insane too. I pulled the cheese off and gave it to my dog but I almost didn’t notice it. But I’m eating it now and I cut off just a small 2 inch piece and I pulled out 8 peppers. 8! Off a 2 inch piece! Last time I ordered the sandwich I asked for EZ peppers and he was like well what do you want me to do since we only put 3 on a sandwich (he said this about the regular size not the big one, but I’ve already eaten a fair few of them and pulled out more from when I first received my sandwich and I still have just about half left to go

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE. Wife went into store to order. So it wasn't an online order that was purely just reading. We live a ways out of town, out towards Rockford. She ordered no lettuce as it taste of soap to her, and no tomato. They loaded the sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I called in because she was pissed. Tried to work with the people to get another sandwich for her but they will not work with you. Rules over customer service. We felt we should not have to take the 20-25 minute drive back but meet them somewhere in between. Said they could only redeem a order in store and could not deliver out of their "3" mile delivery range. Would not refund the money for her sandwich either.

I ordered 3 sandwiches only got 2 tried calling them 3 times on the last time they hung up on me unprofessional and need to learn how to do there job better 🤦‍♂️
